Frequently asked questions
How does a digital business card work?
When you hold your NFC card near the back of another phone, or the QR code on the card is scanned, your profile opens in the browser. It shows your contact details and links, and a "Save to contacts" button stores them on the phone with one tap.
Does the other person need to install an app?
No. The profile opens in the phone's own browser. On phones without NFC, scanning the QR code on the card opens the same profile.
Do I need a new card when my details change?
Not with the software-backed options: you change your phone, title, address or links from the panel and the profile shows the new details while the card stays the same. With the NFC-only option the details are written to the chip, so the card must be rewritten after a change.
Can I order cards for my whole team?
Yes. Cards are printed in line with your corporate identity and all profiles are managed from one panel; a departing employee's card can be disabled or reassigned.
